This the process we go through to make our delectable, boneless, whole-smoked pig!

We start with a freshly butchered pig.

Then the entire pig is carefully boned.

Here's the whole pig showing all of the bones we've removed.

Next, all of the meat is marinated.

Once we've marinated all of the meat, we put the whole pig back together. A time-consuming process!

Then the pig is carefully tied together and placed in our smoker for 12 hours. Here's the final result.
